Use of This MLI Website Constitutes Your Acceptance of This Privacy Policy

Sometimes MLI may ask you to provide specific information when you order a product online, enter a sweepstakes, or otherwise contact us.  In such case, MLI needs the information (such as your name, Internet and/or e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number, etc.) in order to respond to your request or contact you.  When obtaining information from you, MLI will ask only for information MLI and MLI business partners (such as Merchant Services and Fulfillment Center) may need to provide/process/ship the product or information you have requested.  MLI may use customer information to improve our Website, to provide a product or service to you, or to communicate with you about those products and services.  MLI may also share customer information with business partners for credit card processing and authentication (Merchant Services), for product delivery (Fulfillment Center), or other business purposes.  However, MLI will only share customer information with business partners upon terms that prohibit them from making any independent commercial use of individually identifiable customer information and that prohibit them from sharing the data with third parties or otherwise making it publicly known or available.

Like many other commercial websites, the MLI Website may use a standard technology called a “cookie” that measures the number of visitors to the different sections of the Website.  Generally, cookies are designed to collect and store the name of the domain from which you access the Internet, the date and time you access the MLI Website, and the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to the MLI Website.  MLI uses the information collected by cookies to improve its Website and make it more efficient and useful to Website visitors.  The Website cookies do not collect any personal information.  The use of cookies is not exclusive to MLI.  As technology advances, MLI may use other technologies as well to further improve the Website.

MLI may disclose your personal information, without prior notice to you, in response to law enforcement activity or other governmental request, to respond to subpoenas, court orders or administrative agency requests for information, to enforce our contract or property rights, to protect ourselves or others, or when required or otherwise permitted by law.  For example, MLI may share information to reduce the risk of fraud or if someone uses or attempts to use the MLI Website for illegal reasons or to commit fraud.  The information MLI collects may also be transferred in connection with any sale or merger of the company or any division or business line of the company to which the information relates.  If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 may entitle you to receive additional information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes and your right to opt-out of such disclosure.

MLI uses commercially reasonable means to protect the integrity of the MLI Website and the confidentiality of all data collected.  If you place an order with MLI, MLI will use state-of-the-art security and encryption devices and methods to protect the security of the transmission and protect your payment information.  However, MLI cannot provide absolute assurances against, and will not be liable for, breaches of confidentiality due to system failures or unauthorized access by third parties.  MLI, as the Website service provider, its employees, directors, and assigns are to be held harmless from any and all liability from any misuse or illegal activity connected to the use of your credit card or personal information provided for order fulfillment of MLI products.
