- California Dealers: Provide a copy of your Seller’s Permit
(Resale Certificate from California State Board of Equalization)
to avoid CA State Sales Tax being added to your wholesale order. - Copy of your Business License or Professional License.

Maxcelint Natural Nutritional Supplement Products are sold wholesale in case lots only (12 bottles/case) specifically for retail resale only to authorized Maxcelint Dealers.
After receipt and acceptance of your Maxcelint Dealer Application and your CA Seller’s Permit (if you have one), and a copy of your Business or Professional License, you will be assigned an Authorized Dealer Account Number which identifies you as an authorized Maxcelint Dealer.
You will then be sent via secure e-mail your confidential Dealer’s Wholesale Price List & Ordering Link so you can conveniently and securely place your wholesale order online.

California Dealers: To avoid California State Sales Tax being added to your wholesale order, you must have a valid California Resale Certificate and provide to Maxcelint Laboratories Inc. a copy of your CA Seller’s Permit.
To become an authorized Maxcelint Dealer you must agree to not disseminate, in any form or medium, any product information other than what is stated on the Maxcelint website, and also to not reveal or give to anyone or any other entity the confidential Maxcelint Dealer’s Wholesale Price List. Furthermore, to attain and maintain authorized Maxcelint Dealer status you must agree to fully comply with all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Food & Drug Administration (FDA) regulations for the promotion and sale of Dietary Supplement products.
